GRAD NIGHT GUIDELINES FOR CONDUCT :

Guidelines:

The fun begins with Check-in!  Be at the RUHS Cafeteria at 10:30pm on Thursday, June 18!  Dont be late!!!

      You must have a picture ID for check-in.  It can be a school ID or drivers license. Make sure you have a pocket for your ID for the evening.

      Absolutely no cell phones, cameras, purses, or bags of any kind are allowed.  Parent notes requesting cell phone privileges will not be honored.

      Every student will be searched at check-in!  If you bring anything to the cafeteria, we will collect it and return it to you in the morning.  PLEASE do not bring any item of value that will have to be left behind!

      Once you enter the cafeteria, you will not be able to return to your car until we get back in the morning.

      You dont need ANY money so dont bring any!  Everything is included.  We will have all the essentials that you may need so dont worry about bringing extra items.

      We will call your parents if you No Show to check-in and decide to go elsewhere.

      This is an indoor event.  The dress is casual and comfortable.  Athletic footwear (running shoes, sneakers) and socks are strongly recommended for participation in all of the evenings activities.

      You must ride the bus round-trip to the event.

      This is a safe and fun lock-down event.  You may not leave the venue premises or contact outside parties.

      Any misconduct will be addressed by the venues security staff and, if necessary, local officials.

      We will return to the RUHS Senior Parking Lot (Diamond & Garnsey) on Friday, June 19th by 6am.

      This is a ticket-less event. We will have your name on our list.  There are no refunds due to pre-payment of the venue/arrangements.  We can provide a tax deduction letter if you cancel.

    ATTN SENIORS: We are collecting memorabilia to place in a TIME CAPSULE for the Class of 2009 to open at the ten year class reunion.  WE NEED YOUR HELP COLLECTING ITEMS! Contents will include programs and brochures from school events and activities throughout this past year, plus any photos you might have that commemorate the year.   You can bring time capsule contributions to the check in at Grad Night, or drop them by the office of Julie Bassine.  Senior class historian Allie Miller is also collecting items.

GRAD NIGHT TICKETS:  There are only a few tickets left!!!  Purchase your Grad Night ticket today!!!. Tickets are $100. See Ms. Bassine in the admin. office to pick up waiver form (on door) or to purchase ticket. Dont be left out of your last senior activity.  This is a drug & alcohol free Private Party of excitement, entertainment, food & fun after graduation.

FUNDRAISING INFORMATION -

Dress your 2009 Grad out in a Beautiful, Fresh Hawaiian Lei.   Grad Night 2009 will now start to "pay forward" to Grad Night 2010.

2009 Time Capsule - In support of the graduating class of 2009, and in addition to the other wonderful things in store, we will be collecting items for a Time Capsule of the graduation class of 2009, and are looking for donations (memories).   Beginning after the 2008 graduation, should you be involved in, or come across items you would like to see in a RUHS 2009 Time Capsule, You can bring time capsule contributions to the check in at Grad Night, or drop them by the office of Julie Bassine. Senior class historian Allie Miller is also collecting items.
